By accessing this website and participating in the World Peace Art Challenge 2026 (“Competition”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or submit an entry.
Eligibility
- The competition is open to participants worldwide unless otherwise specified
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification
Submission Guidelines
- All submitted artwork must be original and created by the participant
- Submissions must not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any entry that violates guidelines or is deemed inappropriate
- AI-generated artwork is permitted; however, it must be original and created by the participant.
- Participants under the age of 18 must provide parental or guardian consent.
- All communication with participants will be conducted via email only.
Entry Fee & Payment Policy (Strictly Non-Refundable)
- A submission fee is required to participate in the competition
- All payments made are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Withdrawal by the participant
- Failure to meet submission criteria
- Disqualification
- Non-selection or not winning any competition
- Tax responsibility on the prize will be borne by the winner
- If the competition is cancelled for any reason, there will be no refunds
By submitting your entry and completing payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Judging Process & Final Decision
- All entries will be evaluated by an official jury panel appointed by the organizers
- Judging criteria may include creativity, originality, theme relevance, and artistic quality
- All decisions made by the jury are final, binding, and non-negotiable
By participating, you agree that:
- You will not dispute, challenge, or appeal the results
- You will not raise complaints, claims, or legal objections regarding selection or non-selection
- We are not required to provide justification for jury decisions
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, then the jury will choose the next one from the other participants.
- The cost of organising the event and flying the winner to the award ceremony will be borne by the organisers.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Participants retain ownership of their submitted artwork
- By entering the competition, you grant the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Display, publish, and promote your artwork
- Use your artwork for marketing, promotional, and exhibition purposes
- Proper credit will be given to the artist wherever reasonably possible
Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant if:
- Submission violates these Terms
- Fraudulent, plagiarized, or misleading content is detected
- Participant engages in inappropriate or abusive behavior
No refunds will be issued in case of disqualification.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for:
- Technical issues, website downtime, or submission failures
- Loss, damage, or misuse of submitted materials
- Participation is at your own risk
Modifications to the Competition
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time
- Update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international laws and regulations, as determined by us.
